O.J. Simpson Finally “Confesses” To Murder

According to a new clip of the interview, O.J. Simpson told his lawyer to call Judith Regan, the woman who publish his book, and confessed to the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. The clip will be a part of the O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession? special to air on Sunday.

“I actually thought it was some kind of a scam and didn’t believe him. I thought ‘this guy is a lunatic,'” Regan said of the initial phone call.

The news of the confession comes directly from Regan herself, who says that Simpson’s lawyer also explained the title of the book. He went with “If I Did It” because he didn’t want his kids to know that he had actually killed their mom. However, they will obviously find out about it now so why would he give the okay on this interview being aired?

It’s interesting to hear that Simpson was worried about his kids, considering he left her nearly-decapitated body in her condo as their two kids slept. Luckily the dog found someone to help, otherwise the kids would have woken up to find their mother’s dead body.

Because Simpson was already tried and found not guilty of the crimes, he doesn’t run the risk of facing any legal consequences because of this confession. The interview is almost guaranteed to be one of the biggest television events of our lifetime.
